THREE CONNECTED DISCIPLINES

See the business more clearly.

The work starts with your business challenge. We bring operating experience, financial insight, and practical implementation together around it.

Receiving: Do quantities, substitutions, and units match what actually arrived?

Invoices: Are charges supported, discrepancies investigated, and credits followed through?

We help your team connect the records, check the explanation, and decide what needs attention.

ISSUES WORTH CHECKING

A discrepancy is a question to investigate before it becomes a claimed saving.

01

Case-versus-each and pack-size mismatches.

02

Partial deliveries and receiving differences.

03

Prices that differ from agreed terms.

04

Substitutions without a clear record.

05

Invoice charges missing supporting evidence.

06

Credits and exceptions without follow-through.

TWO COMMERCIAL PATHS

One thesis. Two ways to apply it.

One operating principle, applied through a focused hospitality practice and selective intelligent-systems work.

HOSPITALITY PERFORMANCE

Managed procurement and cost performance.

Strengthen execution across purchasing, receiving, invoices, inventory, and operational cost.

Explore Hospitality Performance

INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS

Critical workflows turned into operating systems.

Redesign high-value business processes and build the software, data, controls, and intelligence needed to run them better.

Explore Intelligent Systems

The industry may change. The principle does not: understand the operation, organize the evidence, and build the system the work requires.

THE GOVERNED OPERATING DISCIPLINE

From fragmented operations to disciplined action.

Fragmented operational reality becomes governable through a deliberate sequence: evidence is reconciled, relationships are traced, decisions gain accountable ownership and action remains bounded by explicit authority. Each stage must be established before the next can be trusted.

01

Fragmented Reality

Disconnected systems and unresolved operational relationships create noise.

02

Governed Evidence

Sources, transactions, and trace lines are reconciled and verified.

03

Operational Truth

Decision records become validated, auditable, and structurally grounded.

04

Decision Confidence

Leaders act from empirical reality rather than dashboard assumptions.

05

Disciplined Action

Prioritized workflows follow from governed evidence and explicit ownership.

06

Bounded Automation

Agents and workflows act only after evidence, authority, controls, and escalation paths are defined.

AUTOMATION IS AN EARNED CAPABILITY — NOT THE STARTING ASSUMPTION.

HOSPITALITY EXPERTISE

Experience where the details matter.

Hotels, resorts, and private clubs operate across many handoffs. We help connect purchasing, receiving, invoices, and cost information so teams can see what needs attention.

A focused purchasing and receiving review is one practical starting point: a defined scope, evidence-linked findings, and clear next actions.

Improve the decisions and follow-through behind day-to-day performance.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

05 DELIVERABLES

01

An agreed review scope

One property, a defined period and supplier group, and a clear list of records needed.

02

Evidence-linked findings

Discrepancies connected to the orders, receiving records, and invoices that support them.

03

Visible evidence gaps

Missing records and unresolved questions labeled clearly, rather than treated as confirmed errors.

04

Prioritized next actions

Recommended follow-up, responsible roles, and the evidence needed to resolve each issue.

05

A management review

A focused discussion of the findings, their limits, and the next steps your team can take.

PROPRIETARY HOSPITALITY TECHNOLOGY

BiteWyze. Know what’s happening. Know what’s next.

Our hospitality software product connects purchasing, receiving, invoice, and cost information.

It supports source review, purchasing decisions, and the history behind each result. Product availability and fit are confirmed during scoping.

OPERATING ARCHITECTURE

Operating experience informs the product. Connected records support the follow-through.

INDEPENDENT PRODUCT

BiteWyze is a distinct product within Bossoto Enterprises. Explore its approach, or use Customer Sign In if you already have access.

Rudy Soto

FOUNDER & OPERATOR

BUILT INSIDE OPERATIONS

Operating experience. Practical perspective.

Rudy Soto founded Bossoto with hands-on experience in hospitality operations, procurement, cost control, and financial workflows.

That background connects the work on the floor with the numbers behind it: where time is lost, where costs need attention, and what a team needs to make a better decision.

Rudy combines that experience with software and data implementation to turn findings into clearer responsibilities, connected tools, and practical follow-through.

Financial workflows

Software and data implementation

Understand the work. Check the records. Make the next action clear.

SYSTEMS & INTEGRATIONS

Make your tools work together.

Connect existing tools, reduce duplicate entry, and make the information behind daily decisions easier to use.

We map the workflow before recommending dashboards, integrations, or automation. AI is used where it serves a defined purpose, with appropriate review.

Each engagement starts with a business problem, a practical scope, and a way to assess progress.

INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS SCOPE

03 CAPABILITY DOMAINS

01

Operational systems

Unify fragmented internal work into one structured workflow with clear ownership, controls, state, and history.

02

Decision systems

Connect data, evidence, business rules, exceptions, and management judgment to action.

03

Connected platforms

Create employee, customer, or vendor experiences tied directly to real business operations.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE · FICTIONAL DATA

Ten cases invoiced. Eight cases recorded as received.

01

Compare the records

Sample PO-104: 10 cases at $40 each. Invoice INV-208: $400. Receiving record REC-104: 8 cases. The $80 difference is a question to investigate.

02

Check the explanation

The receiving lead checks the delivery note, pack size, and any later delivery. In this fictional case, the supplier confirms that two cases were not delivered.

03

Assign the follow-up

The buyer requests an $80 credit, attaches the supporting records, and tracks the request. A requested credit is still pending—not a recovered saving.

04

Document the outcome

Sample credit CN-209 is issued for $80. Accounts payable verifies that it is applied to the supplier balance before the issue is closed.

This fictional example shows the review method, not a customer result. A flagged amount is not counted as recovered savings.

Before we begin

Do you work outside hospitality?

Hospitality is our strongest specialty. We also take selected engagements in other industries when our experience in operations, financial insight, or systems is a good fit.

Can we keep our existing systems?

We begin with the processes, records, and tools you use today. Any access, export, integration, or replacement is discussed during scoping.

What will we receive?

Deliverables follow the agreed challenge. They may include a workflow review, management reporting, cost analysis, prioritized actions, or a defined systems implementation. Scope, fees, and responsibilities are agreed before work starts.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

Fees and timing depend on the scope, available records, and implementation needs. We agree on both before work begins. Savings opportunities are investigated and verified; results are not guaranteed.

Do we need BiteWyze or AI to start?

The first conversation focuses on your business challenge. BiteWyze and AI are considered only where they fit the work; product access and activation are discussed separately.

How should we share records?

Use the enquiry form for a brief description of the issue. We agree on the records needed and the transfer method before work starts.
